A Boss says "GO" a leader says "Let's GO"

The boss says go means he is the one who wields power or authority. S/he

only commands the team and does not participate in such a task. Most of the

time, the head delegated the task to others, and if the project was successful,

s/he took the credit without mentioning the team's hard work. On the contrary,

there are several good bosses who recognize their subordinates' hard work.

The leader says let's go means he is a team player. S/he works with his/her

subordinates. The leader always supports and manages the team. He lets his or

her subordinates bloom and to grow professionally with his help. The good

leader always gives credit to those who deserved the award. The leader set a

long term vision to make a difference for the benefits of the team. The leader

shoulders all the problems and manages to create solutions for the betterment
of the team. There are numerous examples of team members who have the

ability but lack the confidence to take on a task. Motivating And inspiring

people to do their best and maximize their potential will help the system

improve, resulting in exceptional results. A leader will make it happen. Indeed,

an effective leader allows them to make mistakes, correct their mistakes and

have room for improvement and leading them by example, and being there

for them. And encourages them to have a vision and goal in life.
