Upon seeing your posting, I was eager to write a letter to express my interest on working with you either
as a Customer Support or as a Virtual Assistant. Seeing the job description, I know that I am best fit for
this job because my previous experiences aligns with you company needs and requirements.

I have a year and four months experience as a Customer Service Representative wherein I handled
inbound and outbound calls, managed tickets and emails, and provided satisfactory resolutions for
clients. I also have an experience as a Personal Secretary for eight months wherein I managed and
tracked the clients' data, created reports for daily sales, and provided efficient tasks for my manager. My
previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in Interpersonal communication, decision making,
problem solving and cultural flexibility.
