Canadian Men’s Under-17 Concacaf Championship Final Squad Notice

Dear Player/Cher Joueur,

As we quickly approach the Concacaf Men's Under-17 Championships, you are receiving this note of congratulation
to confirm that you have been selected to the 20-man roster travelling to Guatemala. Your commitment &
performances over the past months have earned you this opportunity to represent Canada on the international
stage. Your club has confirmed that you will be released for this event.

To properly prepare for tough opposition & conditions we will encounter during this campaign, the squad will
assemble on February 1st In Antigua, Guatemala. Please see a brief outline of this project, below. You will receive a
holistic Camp Information package this week.

Your travel has been booked; you will have receive your e-tickets by email this week. Additionally, we ask that you
have your parent/guardian complete the attached Medical Consent forms, which permits the Medical Staff to treat
you. We ask that you return these forms to Melanie Fiala or myself, not later than Friday, January 27th, 2022.

Once again, your selection to the final squad is strictly confidential until Canada Soccer's final squad Press Release
has been issued. We appreciate your discretion in keeping your Involvement to yourself for the time being.

Congratulations on your selection and step in your career. We look forward to showcasing Canada's talent &
potential to the Concacaf region en-route to the FIFA Men's Under-17 World Cup 2023.
