This 5-day training of trainers program aimed to improve the pedagogical skills of 58 teachers and 10 district coordinators. The program was facilitated by 12 learning facilitators and 5 management staff over Google Meet from December 8-10 and December 16-17, 2022. The objectives were to address the top pedagogical needs of teachers through integrating ICT, differentiated instruction, and formative assessment strategies. Program Objectives: addressing teachers' top pedagogical priority needs, as revealed in the results of the Teachers Strengths and Needs Assessment conducted during the last quarter of 2020. These pedagogical priority needs include: Integrating ICT and pedagogical strategies for the 21st century skills development; Employing differentiated instruction and developmentally appropriate strategies for inclusive learning; and Utilizing formative assessment strategies and metacognitive interventions for different learning delivery modalities.
