Executive Summary: This 5-day DTOT aims to improve the pedagogical
knowledge and skills of teachers and instructional
leaders to address the current context and demands of
learning delivery; demonstrate effective tools,
strategies, and techniques in running online training-
workshops for teachers; and guide participants to take
informed decisions and accountability in the roll out of
the program through Learning Action Cell.
The target participants of this virtual activity are:

This activity aims to improve learning outcomes by


Program Objectives: addressing teachers' top pedagogical priority needs, as
revealed in the results of the Teachers Strengths and
Needs Assessment conducted during the last quarter
of 2020. These pedagogical priority needs include:
 Integrating ICT and pedagogical strategies for
the 21st century skills development;
 Employing differentiated instruction and
developmentally appropriate strategies for
inclusive learning; and
 Utilizing formative assessment strategies and
metacognitive interventions for different
learning delivery modalities.
