Terminal Objective:
At the end of the training, the participants are expected to provide
professional development opportunities for educators to learn how to
integrate AI-powered technologies into their teaching practices
effectively.
Enabling Objectives;
At the end of the session, the participants are expected to equip
with basic skills on crafting assessment tools. Specifically, the training
Objectives aims to:

1. explore the concept of artificial intelligence and its potential


applications in educational settings;
2. identify key AI technologies (such as machine learning, natural
language processing, and data analytics) and their relevance to enhancing
teaching and learning processes.
3. discuss ethical considerations related to the use of AI in education,
including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and equity issues.
4. promote awareness and understanding of AI concepts and principles
among students, educators, and educational stakeholders.
Executive Summary February 23, 2024

The session began with a short opening program; Prayer and National
anthem. This was immediately followed by an overview of the
importance and relevance of Artificial Intelligence in the context of
education, highlighting its potential impact on teaching and learning
outcomes.

The training began with an overview of its objectives, setting the stage for
a collaborative learning experience among teachers.

Various teaching methodologies, including differentiated instruction,


active learning, and technology integration, were explored through
interactive presentations and discussions.

Teachers engaged in hands-on workshops and activities designed to


reinforce learning and provide practical experience in implementing new
techniques.

A session dedicated to resource sharing allowed teachers to exchange


ideas, materials, and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration
and professional growth.

Feedback from participating teachers was overwhelmingly positive, with


many expressing appreciation for the opportunity to learn new strategies
and collaborate with their peers. Suggestions for improvement included
providing follow-up support and additional training sessions on specific
topics of interest.

The training session provided teachers with valuable insights, tools, and
resources to enhance their teaching practices and student engagement.
Moving forward, continued support and opportunities for collaboration
will be essential in maximizing the impact of the training and fostering a
culture of continuous improvement within the school community.
