The missions of English Language Study Program, School of Post Graduate are
MISSION
1. To provide quality education and learning to lead graduates to become competitive human resource who are able to work
collaboratively, have strong characters to gain success in professional life in the area of English language education.
2. To provide learning experiences that build competences needed to develop knowledge, science and technology related to English
language education through competitive, collaborative, and innovative research.
3. To provide opportunities to develop social awareness and actively contribute to community sustainable development through
community deployment and services.
At the beginning of their career, within three to five years after graduation, graduates of English Language Education will be able to achieve
PROGRAM on Program Educational Objectives as listed below.
EDUCATIONAL
OBJECTIVES PEO 1: Graduates who have successful professional careers in the local, regional and global organizations by successfully demonstrating the
profession of major field or related discipline.
PEO 2: Graduates who demonstrate professional behavior, promote social peace and harmony and demonstrate commitment towards
sustainable development for the betterment of society.
PEO 3: Graduates who pursue lifelong learning in the field, and generating innovative solutions using research, entrepreneurship and
complex problem-solving skills.

PO1: Ability to demonstrate the values as a good citizen who has devotion and patriotism to the country, respect to differences, social and

This course aims to provide opportunities for students to develop professional competence and pedagogical skills in the field of English,

language teaching in general, and teaching English that utilizes digital media to support students towards digital literacy. Lecture materials
include: Digital Technology as Part of Teacher Competence (TPACK), Literacy and Digital literacy Information technology and information
literacy, ICT and student character development, Technology and Edupreneurship: Vlogs, Podcasts, Youtube, Creating Educational Vlogs,
Designing E-learning content in Online/hybrid settings. Students are involved in the process of learning discovery learning and project-based
learning, by using and analyzing a variety of material learned from various sources available online. They also design and develop learning
materials and media. Students are grouped and assigned to work on a digital literacy material development project and conduct a critical
analysis of the project.
