    ELECTION PACKET

    A. Candidates for the Supreme Student Government shall submit the following documents:

     Accomplished Certificate of Candidacy


     Certified True Copy of Report Card (Form 138)
     General Plan of Action/ Platform
     Parental Consent

    B. Please answer the following questions, preferably typed response:

    1. Why do you want to be a member of the Division Level Supreme Pupil Government?

    2. What projects, programs and activities do you want to implement across entire division?
