 Filter Press
Filter Press direction of flow of liquid is exactly opposite to the flow in standard
filter i.e. The impure liquid to be filtered enters the filter from the bottom into the
center channel & goes to the top of each plate. The clear filtrate flows out from
openings on side of plates to the shell & then to the outlet. This flow ensure
almost 100% filtration of the liquid which is not so with the standard flow type.
• The cake, filteraid & solids remain totally enclosed allowing filtration of toxic,
hazardous & explosive liquids.
• No contamination of internal surface of shell.

Colloid mill is a machine used in the disintegration of solid particles or

droplet size of a liquid present in suspension or emulsion. The machine consists
of an inlet (which is subjected to a tremendous shearing action that effects a
time dispersion of uniform size) and an outlet. To reduce wear, the rotor and
stator are constructed using toughened steel or corundum. The rotor of a colloid
mill can differ from one machine to another but the operating principle is the
same for all.

Homogenizer / Emulsifier
Homogenizer intend and fabricate a wide product of agitators for liquid and
Paste for all process in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics and
similar industries. Agitators are provide with dissimilar types of agitation
mechanism for process such as blending, digestion , dispersion, viscous
material , reaction, oxidation, mixing, and emulsification of liquid, dissolution
,paste, ointment, solution, homogenization, fermentation and solid-liquid. All
product contact parts would be SS 316 & non-contact parts SS 304. Capacity
obtainable volume would be 5 liters to 10,000 liters.

The unit is made compact, enclosed in stainless steel elegantly mate / mirror finished
body. The unit consists of S.S. Filling nozzle, S.S. Syringes, Cam operated Syringes will
draw correct volume of liquid and deliver it through tubes to nozzle. Rigid vibration free
construction for trouble free performance, S.S. Covers parts for Longer life and good
housekeeping. Elegant and easy reach on / off switch for total control on operation.
Output: 8 to 10 bottles per minute

Automatic four head Volumetric liquid bottle filling

works on volumetric principal and reciprocating self-
centering device.

Coating Pan

Coating Pan range of tablet coating pans is extensively used for sugar and
film coating of tablets, pallets and granules. The unit comprises of
ellipsoidal shaped pan fabricated using stainless steel sheet and mounted
on the gearbox shaft, which is driven by an electric motor. These tablet
coating pan are available in standard and GMP model with SS 304 or 316
contact parts.

Vibro Sifter

Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used for separating mass composition of
solids, liquid from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle sizes. These
machines feature robust construction, smooth operation and low maintenance cost.

Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor systems are the most commonly used conveying
equipment and is used to convey items with irregular bottom surfaces as
well as loose materials that need to be conveyed from Point A to Point B,
at a certain speed. A belt conveyor consists of a metal frame with rollers
at either end of a flat metal bed, with a continuous loop of conveyor belt
which rotates about these pulleys.

Hot Air Drier

Tray dryer are electrically heated, and Steam heated. Tray Dryer is the most
conventional Dryer used very widely and still being used where the moisture
content is more and where the product has to be dried at low temperature for long
hours.
Inlet & Outlet: All dryers have a 5 micron pre filter r at the inlet and a manually
infinite adjustable damper at the outlet. Door : Doors at provided at the front and /
or rear side of the dryer. Door lips are lined with silicon rubber gasket to prevention
leakages. Suitable locking is provided for the doors.
Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)

Fluid Bed System are highly versatile and can be use for various
processes; Batch drying for granulates, batch granulation
agglomeration of powder products as well as spray coating of pellets.
Design specifically for pharmaceutical industries, the FBS is capable
of granulation and drying in the same unit. The system is easily
disassembled for cleaning and conform to cGMP standard. Each are

Octagonal Blender

Ribbon Blender
The Ribbon Blender is ribbon mixer machine widely used for the manufacture of
dry powder, talcum powder, granules, spice and low- viscosity paste and liquid in
chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics industries. It’s especially suitable
for mixing solids with solids and solids with liquids, Approximate two third of the
volume ofthe container of Ribbon Blender/mixer is filled to ensure proper mixing.

Mass Mixer
Mass Mixer - Shell : Consisting of ‘U’ trough of suitable dimensions.
Construction of S.S. and side plates duly M.S. stiffened from outside and from
inside with S.S. Mixing Mechanism : Paddle type blades welded to the main
shaft provide for efficient mixing of thick heavy material. PTFE gland
mechanism provided at shaft ends prevents ingress of external.
Double cone blenders are useful for mixing dry powders and granules.
The unit is especially useful for small portion of one product mix with
larger portion of other. The blender is made of stainless steel and is
mounted on mild steel stand. Unit is driven by a motor, through a gearbox.
The mixing vessel is fitted with sliding angular blades from inside, for
efficient mixing of powders.

Semi Automatic Tube Filling Machine

Semi Automatic Tube Filling machine is designed to fill and seal aluminium
/ plastic / lami tubes. The machine is suitable mainly for pharmaceutical,
cosmetic and food industry. Machine can be used for filling of cream,
ointment, gel, paste, balm and other similar viscous products by means of a
volumetric dosing system.

Paste Kettle is used for preparation of starch paste. Hemispherical shape

ensures that the heating of the starch paste is uniform and gets more surface
area. The tilting type arrangement ensures ease in unloading the paste into
any container or vessel. The starch is put in the kettle and water is added till
desired thickness is achieved. The kettle is jacketed and is heated till the
starch melts and a thick paste is achieved. This paste can be agitated either
manually or with the help of an anchor type agitator which will constantly stir
the paste so that there will no lumps formation and proper mixing is achieved.
Temperature can be set to desired temp by adjusting the thermostat provided
and the temperature can be seen in the dial thermometer provided.
Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is designed for precision

manufacturing requirements of modern pharmaceutical procedures. The
machine provides a high Degree of automation with higher levels of filling
weight accuracy. Capsule Filling Machine is suitable to fill capsules of all
sizes with powder, granules or pellets. Machine is made as per GMP
standard, has all Stainless-Steel covering and gives output of 25000 to
47000 capsules per hour depending on capsule size and operator
proficiency.
