I am writing in behalf of your siblings Marby Fernandez Julit, Jean Julit Gallos and Mae
Julit Berondo in connection with Lot 1-F located at Jereos St., Lapaz, Iloilo City

As per my clients’ narration of facts you have caused the execution of a fraudulent Deed
of Sale from your mother RUBY FERNANDEZ JULIT in your favor, after the date of her
death and causing the subdivision of the same.

In addition, you prohibited their entry to the property locking the entrance to the house
belonging to Marby Fernandez Julit.

We are giving you ten (10) days from the receipt of this letter to reply in writing and/or
bring your legal counsel to offer an explanation with possible amicable settlement. Failure to
reply within the said given period shall be interpreted as unwillingness on your part to amicably
settle. Consequently, it shall cause the filing of the proper civil and/or criminal cases in court.
