Q: What is light?
• Light is a form of energy which enables us to see things.
Q- What is meaning of term source of light?
An object which gives out light is called a source of light.
Q- What are the types sources of light?
There are two types of light sources
a) Natural source of light
b) Artificial or man made source of light
 What are natural sources of light also give
examples?
Ans-Sources of light which emit light naturally are called natural sources
of light.
Examples: stars, sun, lightening etc
Q- What are artificial sources of light also give examples?
Ans-Sources of light which cannot create their own light naturally are
called artificial source of light.
Examples: Fireworks, burning wood, oil lamp etc
Q- Write down names of sources of light which run on electricity.
Ans-Street lamp, traffic light, Advertisement lighting
