Cognitive Challenges Problems with a person's
ability to think, learn, remember, use judgement, and make decisions. Signs of cognitive impairment include memory loss and trouble concentrating, completing tasks, understanding, remembering, following instructions, and solving problems.
Psychological Challenges Refers to the difficulties and
obstacles that mobile learners encounter due to their finite mental processing ability. Eating Disorders any of a range of mental conditions in which there is a persistent disturbance of eating behaviour and impairment of physical or mental health Mental Health Disorder a clinically significant disturbance in an individual's cognition, emotional regulation, or behaviour. It is usually associated with distress or impairment in important areas of functioning. There are many different types of mental disorders Social Issues are topics or subjects that impact many people. They often reflect current events but also represent longstanding problems or disagreements that are difficult to solve. Substance Abuse The use of illegal drugs or the use of prescription or over-the- counter drugs or alcohol for purposes other than those for which they are meant to be used, or in excessive amounts. Substance abuse may lead to social, physical, emotional, and job-related problems. Influence of Mass Media the actual force exerted by a media message, resulting in either a change or reinforcement in audience or individual beliefs. Impact of Social Media social media use can also negatively affect teens, distracting them, disrupting their sleep, and exposing them to bullying, rumor spreading, unrealistic views of other people's lives and peer pressure Developmental Tasks is a task that arises at or about a certain period in life, unsuccessful achievement of which leads to inability to perform tasks associated with the next period or stage in life.
