MAJLIS KONVOKESYEN KOLEJ UNIKOP KE-4, TAHUN 2023

Dengan segala hormatnya, saya merujuk tuan/puan kepada perkara di atas.

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa anda adalah dalam senarai graduan untuk Majlis Konvokesyen Kolej Unikop Ke-
4 yang akan diadakan pada 17 hingga 18 Jun 2023 di Dewan Utama, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Maktab Polis
DiRaja Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

Dengan itu, pihak Kolej Unikop berbesar hati ingin menjemput para graduan untuk menyertai Majlis
Konvokesyen yang bakal diadakan pada tarikh tersebut.

Yuran pendaftaran bagi Majlis Konvokesyen 2023 adalah sebanyak RM990.00. Yuran ini termasuk:

i. Pas kemasukan 1 ahli keluarga pelajar

ii. Foto Graduan
iii. Sewa Jubah Konvokesyen & Mortar Board
iv. Folder Sijil

 Pas kemasukan bagi penambahan ahli keluarga pelajar adalah sebanyak RM90/pax.
 Bayaran ini tidak termasuk deposit sewa jubah sebanyak RM50 yang perlu dibayar ketika mengambil
jubah

Maklumat pembayaran adalah seperti berikut:

4th UNIKOP COLLEGE CONVOCATION CEREMONY, YEAR 2023

With all due respect, I refer you to the above.

Pleased to be informed that you are on the list of graduates for the 4th Unikop College Convocation Ceremony to
be held on 17 to 18 June 2023 at the Dewan Utama, Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Maktab Polis DiRaja Malaysia,
Kuala Lumpur.

Therefore, Unikop College is pleased to invite the graduates to participate in the Convocation Ceremony that will
be held on that date.

The registration fee for the 2023 Convocation Ceremony is RM990.00. These fees include:

i. Entry passes for 1 member of the student's family

ii. Graduation Photo
iii. Convocation Robe & Mortar Board Rental
iv. Certificate Folder

 Entry pass for additional student family members is RM90/pax.

 This payment does not include the deposit for robe rental of RM50, which needs to be paid upon robe
collection.

The payment information is as follows:

finance.bursary@unikop.edu.my)

 An official receipt will be given based on proof of payment received by the Finance Department.
 Further details of the ceremony will be emailed to the student after receiving confirmation from the
