For all our Commercial Tenants, please note the following Admin. Office (including
maintenance) schedules:

Closed On:

Thursday April 18 Maundy Thursday

Friday April 19 Good Friday

Saturday April 20 Black Saturday
Sunday April 21 Easter Sunday

To our valued tenants who are planning to close their stores during Holy week, don't let the
anticipation of a well-deserved vacation blind you to the risks of leaving your Store unprotected.
We subscribe to the "better safe than sorry" philosophy, so review your Store safety checklist
before you head out (Find attached herewith some helpful tips we find for your convenience).
A little extra vigilance will help keep your Store and belongings safer while you're gone -- and
will keep you from obsessing about security once you're on the road to fun and adventure. We
would like to request your good office to secure a letter to us regarding your Holy Week store
hour schedules that must be submitted in the Admin. Office within this day for our perusal.

Rest assured that a skeletal work force such as Janitors & Security Guards will be present on the
said date.
