Subject: Permission for entry to Mega Mall.

To Sir/Madam,

I am Shreyansh Italia, Final year b.arch student at Kamla Raheja Institute of Architecture,
Juhu Scheme. I write this letter to seek permission for entry to mega mall for academic purposes.

In my Final year of college, I have undertaken a thesis topic – REUSE OF DEAD MALLS IN
MUMBAI. I have chosen Mega Mall as my design site as it used to be one of the iconic malls in the
western suburbs. I require an entry to Mega Mall to understand the structural systems, HVAC and
other circulation spaces to build my academic project on.

It would be of great assistance if someone could assist me in exploring the mall, and also if I
could have the older plans of Mega Mall. Even if that is not possibility, going around the mall would
be a tremendous help for my college thesis. I assure you, I will not be using the information I gather
in any way that is not acceptable to you.

I have attached some DEAD MALL projects done by my seniors. They had chosen Prime Mall,
Irla and Citi Mall, Andheri Link Road as their sites. I hope to hear from you soon.
