This document provides a scoring sheet to assess the risk of crane operations. It contains 18 elements related to crane safety that are scored on a scale from 0-3 on their level of implementation. The elements cover topics like operator training and certification, equipment inspections, barricading of lifting areas, communication procedures during lifts, and weather considerations. The assessor provides their name and details, then scores each element and calculates a total score out of 66 to determine the overall implementation of crane safety measures.
