1. LEGALIZATION: It serves to prove that something is in accordance with


the law.
2. MORTGAGE: It is understood that it is a guarantee of real estate in
exchange for a payment of a debt.
3. COURT: It is responsible for administering justice and passing sentences.
4. CUSTODY: It is understood that one of the parents has to ensure the
rights, education, nutrition of the minor child.
5. INCIDENT: It is a procedure which is resolved by a sentence.
6. KIDNAPPING: When they deprive the freedom of an individual in
exchange for a payment for their freedom.
7. DEFENDANT: It is a person who is in a process for having committed an
alleged criminal act.
8. DETAINER: A person is deprived of liberty for having committed a crime.
9. IMPUNITY: When someone commits something but his actions have no
consequences, punishments.
10. INSTANCE: It is understood by the jurisdiction in which various matters of
justice are resolved.

12. DISPUTE: It is a mechanism to initiate criminal proceedings for the alleged
commission of a crime.
13. INCEST: It refers when members of a family have sexual activity.

16. FORCIBLE RAPE (SEE RAPE): It occurs when you have vaginal access
without the consent of the other person, either with threats and use of
violence.
17. GUILTY: The subject who committed a criminal action whether it is
damage, crime, misdemeanor.

18. HARASSMENT: It is when a person watches, persecutes, harasses the


victim without his consent, interrupting his daily life.
19. HOMICIDE: Causing the death of the victim consciously and voluntarily.
20. MARRIAGE: It is the bond of two people a voluntary union.
21. MEDIATION: A third person helps the conflicting parties to come to an
agreement with each other.
22. INTIMIDATION: Psychologically intimidate whether threats, blows.
23. JACKET: Set of papers in which is the entire case of a complaint brought.
24. LARCENY: It is a crime like appropriating something that does not belong
to one.
25. PARDON: In this it is understood that the pardon of the penalty is given.
26. ALLEGATION: They are arguments that are given to the judge about the
case.
27. FIRM SENTENCE: The one against which there is no recourse, except
the review.
28. SICARIO: (Criminology). The murderer is said to be for a salary, who sells
his unscrupulous services to kill.
29. TO IMPEACH (See IMPEACHMENT): With this, it is requested to annul a
procedural act that seems unfair.
30. STATEMENT: It is a situation that was seen and serves to determine a
fact, a manifestation.
