Skill Objective: Conduct a TIMA Demobilization to Clear Resources and personnel from the
Scene of a TI

Skill Procedure: Perform TIMA demobilization functions, given a traffic incident, orders to
demobilize, and TTC devices, so that safety and communication among all responders is
maintained, all TTC devices are removed, and all resources and personnel are cleared from the
scene.

If the candidate:
1. Utilized ICS/ Unified Command throughout operation
until termination of command
2. Informed all responders of termination plan activities.
3. Ensured responders wore appropriate PPE until they
were in their vehicles for departure.
4. Deployed upstream blocking vehicle(s) while TTC devices
were removed.
5. Dismantled TTC devices from termination area backwards
to the Advanced Warning Area.
6. Removed TTC devices last.
7. Operated radio communications device effectively.
8. Communicated effectively.

Candidate MUST successfully master each step listed to PASS this skill.
