1. This pertains to the legal offensive (Implementation of Search Warrant)

conducted by this office against the below named suspect on this case, to wit;

NATURE OF CASE: Violation of RA 9165 and RA 8294 Illegal Possession of

Firearms as amended by RA 10591.

SUSPECT : ISROGEL DELA TORRE aka “Odjing”/ Resto

Gene, legal age, married and a resident of Barangay
Cabobo, Lamitan City, Basilan

EVIDENCE : One (1) unit fragmentation grenade with markings

“NIA6 5/9/2020”
2. ITCON, the undersigned respectfully request for examination and
identification of the abovementioned recovered evidence to determine if it is an
active explosive device and furnish this office of the result for the perusal in the filling
of the case.
