Since our brief conversation beginning of last week I have Not heard anything. No response
via email or calls has prevented my obtaining Certificates of Dispositions & related records.

No Response to my April 11, 2023 Email in response to my inquiry re: Liverpool Village
Court's Request for a Certificate of Disposition (Form) that included a waiver of liability.

You advised Email was Not Received. Apparently, Deleted by an Unauthorized person. *Which
is a Crime. Unauthorized deleting of Emails violates t[his] citizen's right to communicate with
the Court, obtain information and records.

➢ As a result, I have requested Liverpool Village Police Chief Gerald Unger investigate
who illegally deleted -- intercepted my emails.

Or refer this unauthorized access to Liverpool Court's and Police Email System to New York
Attorney General to Investigate.

Please respond and let me know if the OCA Official Request Criminal Certificate of Disposition
Form is sufficient. ***See Email April 11, 2023 forwarded to village clerk Mary Ellen Sims and

Deputy Clerk Sandra Callahan. Which was printed and delivered to you pursuant to my phone
call with the village clerk's office.

• I will also need Liverpool Village Court's Request a Transcript Form .For April 2018
Bench Trial.

I have no idea what happened at the trial as it t was Held in my Absence. I was Van Duyn Rehab
Center recovering from Multiple Leg Fractures. Injuries sustained from a Vehicular assault on
November 30, 2017 at Shoppingtown Mall.

I intend to stop in tomorrow April 18, 2023 to File Requests for Certificate of Dispositions.
Three cases: 2013, 2015 and 2017. In addition to File a Request for Transcript of the Digital
Tape Recording.

Be advised i obtained Transcription Services List from Office of Court Administration. Have
selected a transcriber.

This email is copied to Liverpool village clerk Mary Ellen Sims & Deputy Clerk Sandra Callahan.
Requesting email printed and provided to the Liverpool Court.

As i cannot trust Email as occurred April 11, 2023 sent to Secretary to Judge Anthony Lavalle,
will Not Be Deleted or Again, 'Not Found'.

I have attached OCA Official Request Criminal Certificate of Disposition Form. Requesting
C.O.D. for Conviction in last Sign Violation.

Please Send Email and tell me if this is acceptable by Judge Lavalle. I will follow-up with
Request for the two preceding cases.

If possible could Judge Lavalle issue the 3 C.O.D.S?

As cited in the Email sent earlier which you did Not Find. Which was then forwarded to
the Village clerk to you.

Allow C.O.D.s to be prepared and ready to send once money is received. Let me know.
