3. Assignment Guide 8
 All assignments must do in group of 7 members. Can
be same group for all assignments.

Assignment 1: Prepare a project proposal for

community that relate to psychology and
communication
 You are assumed as an expert in psychology of
communication. You have to defined a problem
from community and proposed a project that
can solve or help reduce the problem of
community.
 You are responsible to discuss this mater in a
group and report your discussion/ meetings (in a
document form) of the proposal.
 Basic content report for discussion/ meeting must
includes: 9
 Attendance of member
 Time/date and place/platform of meeting
 Agendas discuss
 Actions taken
All those elements of content must be proof with
attachment of screenshots on the activities listed in the
document submitted. So, make sure all the activities
relate to assignment 1 are saved/recorded.

You must have a meeting for preparing a proposal at

least 3 times before the final proposal produced.
Prepare the report for each meeting separately. Then,
combines all 3 meetings in one document.
The deadline submission for report of meetings is by end
of week 6.

The final proposal must submit by end of week 12.

 Basically a proposal of project should include (but
not limited to) these points:
 Introduction to issue/ problem
 Relevance of the issue to the targeted society/
community
 Objectives of programme
 Program strategy
 Program implementation
 Budgeting/ cost Implication
 Program evaluation
 Conclusion

1. Your group is responsible to present the
project proposal.
2. In presentation you may demonstrate the
proposal as a real project.

3. 30 minutes time with Q and A session for

every group.

4. Presentation will be schedule on week 13

and 14.
