STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE( SOP)- CHILLERS 36 TR AC SCROLL- 3 CKT

 Switch “ON” Chiller

 Check the power supply in chiller panel, check all three indicator lamps ( R,Y,B) glow brightly

 Check the supply voltage in volt meter . It should be 415 Volts AC +/- 10%

 Ensure all necessary valves are in open condition

 Switch ON the required No. of Primary/Condenser Pump(s) and cooling tower fan(s)

 Ensure required number of secondary pumps are started

 Switch on the chiller in auto mode by selecting the auto on display unit

 Check the inlet & outlet water temperature & all electrical parameters

 Check & note all the parameters in log sheet for future analysis

 Switching “OFF” Chiller

  Give stop command at display unit

 Check the equipment for stop condition

 Switch off CT fan, primary & secondary pumps.
