It’s a Diet consisting of a variety of different types of food, Providing adequate amounts of
the nutrients necessary for good health.

It Collects all nutrients to be easier to understand

It also shows us the correct amount of each food group that we


should eat on a daily basis to maintain a Balanced Diet
• It constitutes the major storage form of ENERGY

body ( Hairs, Nails, Antibodies, Muscles, Enzymes, etc… )
