I.NARRATIVE STORY OF MY NSTP2 (CWTS2/LTS2):
Honestly, making an action plan and work plan are indeed hard especially when you still undecided on the
project that you will work on. At first, I really get frustrated. I do not have any idea on what project I will be going to
implement. Then, I started to reflect on myself specifically my capabilities. After that, the first thing came to my mind
was to plant some vegetables. Since we have a garden area, I think that I can also work on planting vegetables. Although
we cannot deny the fact that planting is also hard, but I think determination is the key and also I need to give my best
to accomplish this task. In addition, I am not totally eating vegetables, I have come to think my family and neighbors. It
is also because they really loves eating any kind of vegetables. That's why I chose this project as I want to share it to
them. And if ever those plants will immediately produce a product/s, I will start to collect and share it to my family and
neighbors.
II. FACILITATING FACTORS:
In doing my action plan and work plan, the factor that I considered is the reflection on my capabilities to come
up with the project that I want to implement.

III. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED (In Bullet Form):

 In the first place, I do not know on what project that I will be going to implement.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS:
To the people who wants to work on any project/s, I recommend that you must think the first thing you are
most interested with. Also, you may reflect on your capability or capacity so that you will not be get confuse and you
can easily come up with the project you will be going to implement in the future.

V. INSIGHTS/LEARNING:
To sum up, I have realized that it is truly difficult to make an action plan and work plan like what I have
mentioned above. But, I learned that before I start doing this kind of project, reflection on myself is very important.
Along with this, since I have reflected on myself, I must be ready on the changes that might arise in the near future.
