Kya hai mardangi ?

The preconceived assumptions of society have categorized
genders, whether they be male, female, or other. We are
taught how to dress, conduct, and look in accordance with
society. Out-of-the-box actions or expressions are always
met with feelings of criticism, distortion, and to a greater

extent, bullying, harassing or boycotting. We are introducing

the concept of androgyny by
challenging ideas about
conventional masculinity in Indian society. Though it's been
done, people have only experienced genderless fluid fashion
through big screens and celebrities. We aim to experiment
and capture the essence of fluid men's fashion on the streets
of Mumbai. Experience the nakedness through the eyes of
locals, in public. A shoot to contemplate different identities
in a free-spirited environment. This goes out to all the men
who have refrained to express themselves for fear of getting
judged.
