RAP Record Sheet
▪ The data in the Task 1 Column do not affect the columns for Words and Phrases.

▪ The yellow column is for Words that will show the reading levels “Grappling” and
“Coping”, while the green column will show the reading levels “Establishing” and
“Advancing.”

▪ The data that will be entered in the white cells will be automatically transferred to
the Class Record and Class Summary.

RAP Class Record

▪ All the data that will appear in this sheet are the data that has been entered from the
Record Sheet except for the “Remarks” column.
RAP Class Summary
▪ All the needed data from the Record Sheet and Class Record are automatically linked in
this sheet.

number of learners assessed is equal to the data from Grappling-Advancing columns
and the “Data with Error” will appear if the data are unequal.
