Remember! To decide the existence of a vertical asymptote, you have to verify first the
domain of the function. Then calculate the limit at the points excluded from the domain. If at
least a one-sided limit at 𝑥 = 𝑎 (a is a value excluded from the domain) is positive or negative
infinity, we say that the function has a vertical asymptote at 𝑥 = 𝑎.
