Hi Miki,
The only advice I can give you is to overcome your fears and start speaking
English, because this is the only option to learn how to speak, I believe. You can even
start simply from the Internet, from simple correspondence, then start speaking
English in games or special programs for communication, it is not as embarrassing as
in life. In the end, you will have to speak live, if you want to master it, you can start
doing it with friends.
