My plans for my professional goals and how to achieve them are very straightforward.

With a passing score on the NCE and an approved license, I plan to secure a job as a counselor in
a private practice (hopefully, my own internship site now) after I graduate. I am hoping that
within the next year, I will have a good understanding and flow of how I am going to run my
practice. I will do this by having a good understanding of the parameters and aspects of my
chosen theories and making sure that the things that I have been using with my clients are things
that are actually useful in their treatment goals and plans. The 3 year plan that I have for myself
is that I will have achieved all of the hours and necessary standards to achieve full licensure
status. I will undergo supervision with another professional, work to get my hours, and ensue that
I am in network for insurance as well.
