Job Summary
Join our team in a fast growing and innovative company that has not only introduced a new food category
and American cultural holidays and events to Mexico’s capital city but again innovated with an American-
style faux dive bar that has brought uniquely different music and culture onto its stage. Our mission is to
provide an authentic American experience to our customers. We are looking for an absolute
organizational freak, the one who color codes their folders and makes task lists for everything. This
person will have the awesome and fun responsibility to manage multiple events at our cool Patio venue
as well as our massive 3,500 m2 Warehouse space that also has a kind-of secret events venue in the back.

This absolutely organized and driven individual will work with our sales team, clients, and artists to
understand the overall vision for the event and then develop a detailed plan and logistics to execute it
with the highest quality. You will handle all logistics of the event, including reserving the venue,
contracting providers, coordinating transportation, ensuring it aligns with the event budgetits
profitability. You will also create timelines and checklists to keep the event on track and ensure that all
details are taken care of. You will oversee set-up and make sure that everything is running smoothly and
debrief with the client upon completion. From time to time, you will manage a team of people to ensure
its success. You will get to work on cool events such as our famous Super Bowl party, St. Patrick’s Day,
classic 4th of July celebration, the largest Thanksgiving outside of the United States, Drag Queen Bingo,
music events, corporate & social events, caterings, and more.

Qualifications
• Incessantly organized and the passion to sweat the smallest of details is a MUST.
• 3+ years of organizing and executing events both large and small.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and people at once.
• Strong communication skills to interact and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Capable of working under high-stress conditions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible with working hours to include nights and weekends when our events are
happening.
• Great teamwork skills and ability to work with multiple people at once.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of the English & Spanish language, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in computer applications, spreadsheets, and working with organizational systems.
• Super resourceful. Knowledge of and contact with the local industry to leverage providers is a plus.
• Ok with constant change. Not afraid to get hands dirty and to pitch in with other areas of the
business as needed. Ability to leave your ego at the door.
