PRODUCER
About the role
We're looking for a Mid-level Producer to oversee and project manage the localisation of
promos, trailers, spots and social for broadcast, theatrical and streaming clients.

The agency
We make promos, trailers, spots and social media campaigns for producers, sales agents and
distributors around the world for the entertainment industry.

Our mission: to entertain, excite and inspire audiences around the world.

The opportunity
We're looking for a Mid-level Producer to manage complex localisation projects of large scale,
multiple territory campaigns of trailers, spots, radio and social for our clients in the
entertainment industry.

Candidate profile - skills and experience


▸ Localisation production and account management across a variety of AV projects from brief
through to delivery.
▸ Ability to work with a range of internal agency departments to pull resources together and
manage and in order to deliver every project on time, within budget and on brief
▸ Meticulous attention to detail and high levels of organisation as well as the ability to
prioritise.
▸ Clear and timely communication both internally and with a wide range of clients.
▸ The ability to QC your own work to ensure accuracy and a good awareness of compliance.
▸ A good understanding of motion design including composition, animation and typography.
▸ An awareness and appreciation of stand out TV, streaming and theatrical marketing
campaigns as well as the latest trends, forms and executions.
▸ The ability to follow internal workflows and best practices throughout the life of each project.
▸ An understanding of the art of marketing entertainment and how AV creative fits into this.
▸ A passion for film, TV and streaming content.
▸ An ambition and drive to have your work seen, shared and talked about.

As a busy agency, it’s important that you thrive under time pressure, are highly motivated,
passionate about the content, organised and an excellent communicator.

As a key member of the Production team, it’s important that you enjoy working in a collaborative and
integrated team and constantly want to develop, progress and take the opportunities given to you.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a passion for the short form entertainment
marketing content including storytelling, motion design and music. You’ll also need to have the
adaptability and organisational skills to work across a variety of projects from single title
originations through to cut downs and localisations projects.

offer a hybrid way of working with 3 days in the office, based in Central London and the remainder
working from home.
