CREATIVE PRODUCER

Overview
Working as part of the production team to produce theatrical, sales, TV and streaming campaigns, sizzles,
creative content and social AV with multiple clients. Actively seeking out new projects and clients to target
and consistently striving to evolve our creative approach. Playing a key role in encouraging collaboration
between teams and maintaining motivation through to the close of projects.

Production

● Managing people and resources to ensure projects are delivered with our best creative work, within
time, on budget and exceeding brief.
● Generate cost estimates and schedules for every job at the beginning and ensure the job stays on
track financially and meets the deadline. Provide the client with timely updates as the job evolves.
● Working with the Head of Production and Senior Producers to ensure we allocate the right team to
projects - analysing both availability, skill sets and motivation, whilst also recognising opportunities
for development for the junior team.
● Leading by example to follow agency wide workflows - both production and creative.
● Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and actively seeking more work - both new
projects and building out and increasing work on each project.
● Working with other producers, designers, edit assistants, finishers, operations and management to
improve collaboration, team spirit and communication.
● Seek out regular 1:1 meetings with Line Manager.
● Organise project kick offs to ensure a sense of inclusion and collaboration across departments.
● Understanding of all areas of a media plan including deadlines, trafficking delivery points and
purpose of creative.
● Ability to lead on adapting creatives both in language and aspect ratios for multiple territories and
platforms.
● Good understanding of censorship bodies: BBFC, ifco.ie. RTE, Clearcast, RACC.
● Technically literate: frame rates, aspect ratios, mix types, file codecs.

Creative
● Excellent understanding of the creative execution of trailers, promos, sizzles, spots, radio and social
and other creative content.
● Facilitate every aspect of each job so we work at the optimal level with creative teams and external
suppliers.
● A disruptive mindset that looks to subvert, break, bend conventions where appropriate so as to be at
the very leading edge of the industry.
● Display a natural instinct for what works as well as applying a more empirical approach so that
editorial decision making is the result of well rounded craft.
● Ability to tell a story, convey tone and make compelling creative that evokes an emotion and
connects with an audience.
● Outstanding communication skills in order to interpret client briefs and feedback and work through
with editors, designers and wider team whilst always being open to looking at what else is possible

in order to exceed the notes.
● Perfect attention to detail both technically and with regards to accuracy of spelling, information to
include i.e. billing blocks, minimal billing, correct logos etc.
● A great feel for music, both commercial and production, and sound design, and what works in a cut.
● An artistic eye for graphic design - animation, fonts, typography, texture and tonal elements.
● Ability to inspire colleagues and drive projects forward when faced with challenges.

Experience & Skills

● At least 3 years’ creative and production advertising experience


● Budget management/accountability
● People management
● Experienced user of Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
