I agree with the statement because have a lot more responsibility to handle
Capital Flight in a country. Where The effects of capital flight can vary based on
the level and type of dependency that governments have on foreign capital.
On other side Governments can employ multiple strategis to deal with the
aftermath of capital flight.
In order to prevent both legal and illegal capital capital outflows, governments and policymakers
must develop a more complex approach to the problem. It may include the establishment of well-
functioning political and judicial institutions that will ensure the political stability within a country.
Also, the government must implement steps to reduce the level of corruption that usually
contributes to illegal capital outflows.
But this may not always be an optimal solution as it could further depress the economy and result in
greater panic about the state of affairs.
Beside this, the development of supranational technological innovations, such as bitcoin, may help
circumvent such controls. The other commonly-used tactic by governments is signing of tax treaties
with other jurisdictions.
