Has the project been effective in delivering the goals it has been set out to do? The DOST Scholarship is, in my opinion, the best thing that DOST promotes. Its goal is to encourage and entice talented Filipino youths to pursue long-term careers in science and technology, as well as to ensure a consistent supply of qualified S&T human resources that may help the country prosper. Because a large number of beneficiaries have already been assisted in realizing their aspirations, the project has been successful in achieving its objectives, and they are now contributing to the development of our country. 2. What are issues that can arise from the improper implementation of government policies in science and technology? The issue that can arise from improper implementation of government policies in science and technology is Global Pollution of the Environment. While the government supports the advancement of science and technology, the presence of pollution in some parts of the world is brought by some government projects, and if not government projects, are the businesses it supports. Aside from the pollution it causes, billions of pesos are lost in the country's funds as a result of insignificant government projects. 3. What is a useful gauge to determine the effectiveness of the different policies related to S&T that government has made? What are some criteria to consider in planning policies and projects? A relevant criterion or foundation for measuring the performance of different government S&T- related policies is whether it aids or enhances the lives of people and our country. When designing policies and initiatives, consider if it would benefit the country and its citizens in the long run, whether it will be profitable to put money and effort into it, and whether it will have a positive influence on our environment.
