Topic This site will be an instructional Indian Cookery site. The site is an introduction to
Indian cooking and will contain a step by step guide to creating popular Indian
dishes.

Audience This site is intended for people who want to learn how to cook Indian food.

This site is intended for beginners to Indian styles of cooking.

Genre Education/Cookery/Entertainment

Design / Style http://maunikagowardhan.co.uk​-I like how this one has recipes layed out in a
Examples square format on the homepage which makes it easy to find and click through to
the recipe you are interested in.

https://www.mallikabasu.com​ - This website has a comments section underneath

each recipe for users to give feedback, this is helpful for the user experience and
I would consider incorporating this into my website.

https://www.vegrecipesofindia.com​- This website has instructional videos that

accompany some of the recipes. This is helpful for a beginner and I would like to
create videos and a series of images on my site.

Navigation
Design There will be 5 linked pages to 5 simple recipes.

Masala Chicken II Dahi Puri II Fruit Chaat II Pani Puri II Pav Bhaji

These will be rollover images, there will also be text-based links at the bottom of
the page.

Media Content For each recipe there will be a short video demonstration and a series of
explanatory images.

There will be an interactive image gallery on the home-page linking to the

individual recipes.

Media Sources – All content will be original and produced by myself.
