The Adjustment of Students in New Learning

Method

I. Context and Rationale

When the time pandemic has come, students are one who suffers
the most. The sudden changes of learning method is hard to take, and the
new normal is challenging ourselves to find new phrase in our lives to be
more resilient in current situation. Moreover, this new learning method
gives students to rely more on the internet rather than asking help to
someone they know or to some teachers and advisors in their respective
schools. Having these method of new learning gives students hard yet
more time to think about the lesson they take, how they face it, and how to
cope with it.

In adjusting of new learning, students old way of studying is


beyond reach, (The heartbreak associated with losing the classroom
connection between educators and students, families who depend on their
school community for resources and guidance may find themselves feeling
adrift – May 18, 2020) Furthermore, applying to students the new normal by
maintaining personal connections, establish and creating new routines,
manage expectations from virtual learning, and support vulnerable
populations is indeed a safe play.

II. Proposed Innovation, Intervention, and Strategy

The researcher will deliver information to students who undergo


new learning method were its objectives are to let students know the big
impact and sudden adjustment of new learning method based on students
experiences. The researcher also develop understanding of the situation
and gives clear and simple views of students own perspectives.

III. Action Research Questions

1. How do you feel about online learning?


2. How are you adjusting to new learning?
3. How new learning method affect your studying?
4. Did it help you deeply understand the lessons?
IV. Action Research Method
A. A1. Participants – Students will serve as the respondents of this
research
A2. Other source of Data and Information – Research constructed
questionnaire.

B. Data Gathering methods – In developing the Research will utilize


the students experiences and feeling of their adjustment on new
learning method.

C. Data Analysis Plan – To help me think through the data I collected,


I used the following: Notepad to write the surveys results of the
students; And Interviews to know what the students experiences.
