诚邀出席线上家长日

亲师教育紧密配合，是孩子求学道路上的良好助力。辅佐孩子成人成才，
也是亲师教育的共同目标。为了促进孩子的学业与品格发展，我校诚恳邀
请您能出席于 6 月 18 日（星期六）的线上家长日。您的拨冗支持，必定令
此次家长日增色不少。

2. 当日活动安排如下：
a. 时间： 9:30am – 10:30am。
b. 内容： 1 月至 5 月学生学习总结性报告，班级下半年展望，结合双
亲节主题进行温馨活动。
c. 形式： 家长和孩子一起出席线上家长日。当天视为正课论，若孩子
缺席，须于返校三日内按链接完成线上请假。若家长因故缺
席，孩子亦需全程出席，并提早向班导师报备。
d. 穿着： 孩子穿校服，家长衣着端庄即可。

祈盼您能出席，透过亲师之间携手合作，为孩子的良好成长和学习一起努
力。谢谢！

RE: ONLINE PARENTS’ DAY INVITATION

The close cooperation between parents and teachers is the key assistance that
contribute to the learning achievement of the students. To nurture the students to
become a capable person is also the common goal of the parents and teachers. To
facilitate the academic and character development of students, the school sincerely
invites you to attend the online Parents’ Day on 18th June 2022 (Saturday). Your
support and attendance will definitely mark the success of the event.

2. The details of the event are as follows:

a. Time: 9:30am – 10:30am
b. Content: An overview of the 1st half year performance of the students and
the perspective for the 2nd half year. As well as the activities
related with the theme of Parents’ Day.
c. Method: Parents and students attend the Online Parents’ Day together.
If the student is absent, he/she must apply leave through online
within 3 days after returning to school. If the parents are unable
to join the online meeting, the student must inform the class
teacher in advance, but the attendance of the student is
compulsory.
d. Attire: Students (school uniforms), Parents (smart casual)
