● What is the impact of a Social Worker to have in their community? 20 pts
- Social workers' roles have developed to include crisis management as well as roles of
empowerment and advocacy. Social workers can empower communities by enabling individuals
to take an active role in shaping social services, delivering education programs and encouraging
economic independence long-term. Social services and social work have important role in
helping the people to improve the quality of life by creating awareness and sustain the
community by constructing employment opportunities on their own effort.

● If you are an ordinary student and you have knowledge regarding a counseling process
and with your neighbor you see that he always wants to talk and somebody doesn't want
to talk to him. What are you going to do as his neighbor? 30 pts
- Observing why some people do not like to talk to him before I counsel or help my
neighbor. I will give him/her recommendation, so that he can fetch along well with the
different people he/she meets.
