for the brain.

Caffeine can be found naturally and synthetically in a variety of
food products. Common natural sources include coffee, tea N-R-G Nature’s Raw Guarana Tablets (1 tab.) 32 mg
and chocolate.

Caffeine Tolerance N-R-G Nature’s Raw Guarana Tea (1/2 tsp) 40 mg


Caffeine tolerance can vary from one person to the next. Common
responses to too much caffeine may include jitteriness, restlessness Green Tea (1/4 tsp) 25 mg
