Specifically, the author is asking how to create a lookup from a Case to a Lead object, what trigger condition to use in the flow other than checking the email subject which did not work, and where they may be going wrong in using a decision element to create a record if the Lead status is "Open Not contacted".

I am new to SF and currently building capacity. Kindly bear
with me. With regards to your first paragraph, do I create a lookup from the Case to the Lead Object? Using the triggered flow, what do you think should be the trigger condition? I have tried using the subject of the email that starts with “Re:”. Does not get the desired effect.
Furthermore, I have attempted the decision element. This is
stating that if Lead Status is Open Not contacted, then it can take the path to creating the record. This is the update record screen.
Can you please advise where I may be missing this?
