In this connection, I hereby certify the following:

1. The undersigned is the bona fide owner (Authorized Representative) of

the buildings/structures to be demolished;
2. The buildings/structures are not released to any other party and are not
involved in any court litigation;
3. The subject buildings/structures are already dilapidated, depreciated to
the full extent, and are no longer conducive to learning;
4. The real estate tax of subject buildings/structures have been paid;
5. And the proposed demolition shall be under the direct supervision of the
school authorities.

License architect/civil engineer signified his acceptance of the responsibility of

affixing his signature and seal hereunder.
