SUBJECT: CLASSROOM INSPECTION FOR DEMOLITION

Sir:

We would like to ask your good office for the Inspection of the Classrooms that are
recommended for Demolition by the Office of the City Engineers’ issued last September 21,
2022. The following findings are stated, to wit;

1. Roofing, trusses, ceiling, and windows/door jambs made of wooden materials were already
dilapidated.
2. There are cracks on the floor/wall.
3. Most of the vertical and some of the horizontal structural components are already
misaligned.
4. The misalignment has affected the structural of the building.

We respectfully attached the Demolition Permit Form and Inspection Result issued by the
City Engineers Office. The school will construct makeshift classrooms as replacement for the
said buildings that are subject for demolition.
