OVERVIEW
The restaurant business is one of the most in-demand industries in today's modern era.
There are a lot of trendy restaurants because they provide good-quality of food and excellent
service.
Mrs. Locson, Pilar, a businesswoman and a 42-year-old woman, is the wife of Mr. Locson,
Edmar, the owner of AA Batchoyan, a medium business. In order to meet the demands of the
community and accommodate a wide range of culinary preferences, small to medium-sized
restaurant operations are essential to the hospitality sector. Both traditional and digital
methods are used in menu planning, consumer involvement, and marketing initiatives.
Culinary expertise, efficient administration, community involvement, and flexibility in
response to changing consumer needs are essential for success. A strong supplier base in the
area improves community effects. Restaurants that are small to medium-sized encounter
particular difficulties, such as balancing a limited budget, making the most use of employee
resources, and maintaining a balance between price and quality. Planning the menu becomes
crucial, with an emphasis on local traditions and tastes. Building a loyal customer base
requires both community and interaction with customers.

ANALYSIS
Their small business was an investment from Mrs. Locson's brother; they lent their
business to Mrs. Locson's family due to their struggling situation. Mrs. Locson was motivated
by her commitment and perseverance. They experienced the hardest downfall, but with their
dedication and hard work, they decided to move forward and learn from it. Even though their
business is lent by her older brother, they start everything from scratch. Listening to her
personal life and being a businesswoman, Mrs. Locson manages to strike a balance between
being a housewife with the two children and her professional obligation, utilizing a work
ethic and time management. But she had a difficult time for her children for being
unattended, but as she said, "with this risk I take still, it is for them, and they will be the ones
who benefit." They have good pricing in order to attract new customers and demonstrate
interest in them. Their income may not always be stable; people have different tastes and
food satisfactions, but maximizing the needs and wants of the community itself through a
survey is always a trial and error approach to a product. In terms of their target market, in
their area there is a lot of construction hardware, which means their target market is the
construction workers and other construction employees. "With the minimum wage they
receive, they need affordable food, so we match with their wages to meet their needs at the
same time, adjusting the price of the product and flavors, which becomes a good return on
investment for the business".

RECOMMENDATION
Here are my recommendations for the future of their business:

Put a customer relationship management (CRM) system in place for their small-medium
business. Businesses can use this software to track sales, handle customer interactions, and
analyze data to enhance their marketing and sales tactics.
Expansion of their small-medium business: they may also consider expanding their product
or service offerings, especially their place. This could involve introducing new products or
services to attract new customers that are complementary to their current offerings or
targeting a new market segment.
And lastly, utilizing social media platforms: to promote your business is a crucial aspect of
your online presence. By creating accounts on popular platforms through social media, you
can engage with your target audience and build brand awareness for the growth of their
business.
