IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT

Sir/Madam:

We are pleased to inform you that CABLALAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL will release the
amount of Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (5,250.00) as payment of services rendered
on November 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020 based on the Program of Works of CABLALAN
INTEGRATED SCHOOL subject to the following terms and conditions:

A. The contractor shall carry the remuneration only as per scope of work done.
B. The work specified shall commence execution on the start date indicated.
C. The payment shall be process billing. Payments to contractors shall only cover installed
works.
D. The owner shall, upon request from the contractor, make advance payments
amounting to a maximum of 30% of the contract price.
E. The contractor shall guarantee all the works for a period of ____________ after
issuance of certificate of completion by the owner. All defects be completed before full
payment of the amount due to contractor.

Should you agree with the above-mentioned condition/s, please sign in the conforme
blank below. When signed, this letter will serve as the implementation agreement for the fund.
