successful adoption and utilization of change. It enables employees to

know-how and social support as they learn and implement new lean practices.
3. Organizational development (OD) - Organizational development focuses on
increased communication to persuade employees to make desired changes.
Employee development is required due to the constant changes in the industry
and market. As a result, an organization must regularly improve employee skills
to meet changing market demands.
4. Stress - Stress can have both mental and physical consequences, and failing to
manage it as a business owner can have serious consequences for your
company. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance and implementing best
business practices can aid in stress management.
5. Creativity - For business problem solving, creative thinking is necessary. This
skill enables workers to identify opportunities for improvement in situations where
finding a solution is difficult.
6. Innovation - Companies frequently require innovation to adapt to and overcome
the challenges of change. Staying afloat in today's highly competitive world
requires achieving organizational and economic growth through innovation.
7. Idea champion - This refers to all employees in the company who, through their
creativity and knowledge, contribute to the solution of the innovation challenge
