reflection on your experiences and how the process was for you during your 4-week fitness

program. Include your realizations, and interpretation of your post-test. Include ways in which
you may progress your fitness plan in the future considering the stage you have perceived
yourself to be in.

My 4-week fitness program was not the smoothest. I admit I was not able to perform all of my workouts
in my fitness plan because I have experienced different roadblocks may it be academic or mental health-
related. The difficulty was palpable considering the hectic schedule and the taxing workload. At first, I
was able to manage my time since the repetitions and the degree of intensity are still tolerable
considering the time it consumed was only 30-35 minutes. However, as the weeks progressed the
number of repetitions and intensity increased which took up 50-60 min. Even if I am aware of my SMART
goals, the lack of motivation and the demanding schedule compelled me to set my routine aside even
for just a few days. Nonetheless, every time I do my workout, I can feel my cardiovascular and muscular
endurance improving since I can last up to 3 sets of vigorous workout as the weeks progressed. It also
manifested in my post-test when I noticed how the results of my health-related and skill-related fitness
tests improved. Even if there was no significant decrease in the size of my arms, I cannot deny how my
arm workout contributed in my upper body endurance and strength. It manifested when I was able to
lift up to 15 pounds of dumbbells for 13 repetitions.

All that said, even if I did not achieve consistency with my workout routines for 4 weeks, improvements
in my post-tests were apparent which I think is worth celebrating for. I may not have completely
attained my expectations and achieved my fitness goals in a month, but progress is still progress. If I
follow another fitness plan in the future, I will make sure to allot a more specific time to not compromise
its schedule since my main dilemma is time management. I can also download fitness applications to
monitor my routine and progress consistently. My fitness journey and endeavor to achieve a healthier
self will not stop after the semester ends because I know I’m just getting started.
