It is my pleasure to enthusiastically recommend Taylor Griepsma for a teaching position.

My name is Andrea Wheeler, 6th grade teacher at Hansen Elementary. I had the pleasure of
working with Taylor for the last three years while being teaching partners in 6th grade. Of all the
teachers I’ve worked with during my 25 years at Hansen School, Taylor is one of the best
partners I have had.

During our time together, Taylor proved to be creative, well spoken, and a tremendous asset in
the classroom. Her expertise in incorporating technology into the classroom was a huge asset that
led to greater student outcomes and success.

Taylor and I planned lessons together, combined classes for science and social studies, and
worked closely together in order to mutually enhance each other’s teaching techniques. She has
taught me many computer programs such as Padlet, Flipgrid, and Google Classroom.

I am confident without reservation that Taylor would be an excellent fit for any classroom. As a
team player and great teacher, she will be a productive addition to your organization.
