Taylor has proven that she is a strong teacher this year with all of the hurdles we have had in the 20-21 school year. She did a Wonderful job in distance learning, and has transitioned back into the classroom beautifully continuing to have strong classroom management strategies in place. Taylor has been very flexible this year with changes. At the last minute, Taylor was switched from virtual to hybrid. She took the news with grace and has handled the transition well. She has been a team player from the beginning, planning and leveling with her team. Taylor works well with a very cohesive team where they all share students to best meet their needs. Ms. Nguyen maintains excellent classroom control with her students and itis clear that they respect her.
