AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION
(Re: Purchased Property During Marriage)

I, VICTORIA DE GUIA DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen and with
address at Lot 11 and 13, Block 28, Grand Royale Phase 5c, Malolos, Bulancan, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say;

1. That I am the buyer of a residential house and lot from Asian Land
Strategies Corp., more particularly described as Grand Royale 5C, Block
28, Lots 11 and 13;

2. That at the time I bought the property on installment, until its full
payment, the registered name of buyer indicated therein was VICTORIA
DE GUIA DELA CRUZ by reason of my marriage to my husband,
although the money used therein was solely from my own source;

3. That lately however, our marriage has been annulled, thus I am reverting
to my maiden name, thus, I have applied for the transfer of subject
properties solely in my name as VICTORIA TAPANG DE GUIA;

4. That I hereby certify under oath that the said lots were mine and my
investment alone to the exclusion of my former husband;

5. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth and the
foregoing circumstances and in support of my request to the developer,
ASIAN LAND STRATEGIES CORP., to rectify and/or change the name of
herein buyer to VICTORIA TAPANG DE GUIA for purposes of titling the
said property in my name and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

FURTHER, AFFIANT SAYS NOTHING.

JOINT WAIVER OF RIGHTS


(OVER RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY)

WE, ANTONINA BUDOMO, of legal age, widow and JONATHAN


BUDOMO, married, Filipino citizens and presently a resident of #9-A, Matahimik
Street, Bgy. Malaya, Quezon City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say;

1. That we are the listed buyers of a residential lot from Asian Land Strategies
Corp., more particularly described as Grand Royale 4A, Block 101, Lot 5,
comprising 95 sq. meters, more or less;

2. That our names were listed only as the buyers of the said property by
reason of our authority as Attorney-in-Fact of the actual buyer who was
JENNIE GUARIN BUDOMO, our daughter/sister;

3. That we have no more claims whatsoever, as we hereby waive any and all
claims against the said property, in favor of my daughter/sister or
whomsoever is her transferee or assignee;

4. That we are executing this affidavit in order to the attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and circumstances and in support of JENNIE GUARIN
BUDOMO’s request to transfer the property in her name and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve.
