AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION
(RE: ADDRESS OF BUYERS OF REAL PROPERTY)

WE, Spouses BRETHA F. FADRILAN and LODRIMY F. FADRILAN, of legal

age, married, Filipino citizens and with residential address at Riyadh Street, Lot 1, Block
7, Phase III, Vista Verde North Executive Village, Caloocan City, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say;

1. That WE are the buyers of a residential lot with improvements from

FLORA M. BORJA and ALBERTO BORJA, previously covered by TCT
No. 355597 of the Registry of Deeds, Caloocan City, comprising 242 sq.
meters, more or less;

2. That in the Affidavit of Self Adjudication with Sale executed by FLORA

M. BORJA, although our names were listed as the buyers, there was no
residential address located therein;

3. That we categorically state under oath that we are presently residing at

the same property subject matter of sale which is hereto declared address
as follows:

Riyadh Street, Lot 1, Block 7,

Phase III, Vista Verde North Executive Village,
Caloocan City

4. That WE are executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the
foregoing circumstances and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

FURTHER, AFFIANT SAYS NOTHING.
