We, FELIX T. LABADAN, of legal age, married, Filipino; FILIPINAS T.

LABADAN, of legal age, married/single, Filipino; LUZVIMINDA T. LABADAN, of legal
age, married/single, Filipino, and JOHN T. LABADAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and
all residents of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and
CONSTITUTE EMMA T. LABADAN, of legal age, married/single, Filipino and all
residents of Bgy. Matiyaga, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, to do and perform for and
in my stead the following acts:

1. To transact, process, follow-up and to execute the Extra-Judicial

Settlement of Estate of CAROLINA T. LABADAN, who died on July 16, 2015
at Las Piñas General Hospital & Satellite Trinuma Center and ESPIRIDION
M. LABADAN, who died on August 20, 1995 at Rm. 16, Gold St., Camella
Bacon IV, Pamplona, Las Piñas, M.M, with authority to sell and sign a Deed
of Absolute Sale pertaining to all or portion/s of our undivided share in the
entire estate, to wit: parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
No. 32037, Lot No. 177-A-1, Psd-045316-069032, containing an area of 48
square meters, located at Bgy. Poblacion, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan
and Transfer Certificate of Title No. 32041, Lot No. 177-A-5, Psd-045316
(Road), containing an area of 48 square meters, located at Poblacion,
Puerto Princesa City, Palawan;

2. To offer, negotiate for sale, transact with any prospective buyers and to
execute all deeds for the sale of the land covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 32037, Lot No. 177-A-1, Psd-045316-069032, containing an
area of 48 square meters, located at Bgy. Poblacion, Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan;

3. to receive payments for such sale and encash the same if in the form of
checks;

4. To execute, make seal, and sign any document or contract pertinent to

the transfer, conveyance, sale, disposition or alienation of the above-
described property;

5. To perform any other act pursuant to the above undertaking and to

execute and sign the necessary documents relative to the above
undertaking including affidavits, request for certain documents from
government or private entities;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally
present, with all power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
